BROCKWAY Center for Arts & Technology Brockway Center for Arts and Technology (BCAT) is now accepting applications for a nine month job training program as a Clinical Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist. The program is at no cost for all accepted students. Classes start mid-June An externship in a hospital or doctor's office is included. National certification tests are paid for and provided to all qualified students along with test prep.
