PUNXSUTAWNEY AREA HOSPITAL Visitors- If you have traveled outside the state to the states identified by the Pennsylvania Department of Health as high risk areas within the past 14 days, you will not be permitted to enter the facility. These states include the following and are subject to change at any point: Alabama ldaho North Carolina Arizona lowa Oklahoma Arkansas Kansas South Carolina California Louisiana Tennessee Mississippi Nevada Florida Texas Georgia Utah Patients- If you are entering the facility for care, treatment, or testing and have traveled to a high risk area within the past 14 days (as stated above) it is required to wear a hospital provided mask or face shield and will be required during the entire time spent within the facility.
