The Senior Farmer's Market Nutrition Program will be offered again this year to eligible Jefferson County Seniors. Applications can be found on our website (https://jcaaa.org), our Facebook page, or by calling any of our locations. The Department of Agriculture requires the local Area Agency on Aging to mail checks to eligible participants once the application is received.
